What happened
Starbucks Rewards members in Canada can earn up to 220 Aeroplan points and 7 draw entries from September 1, 2026 by completing weekly tasks at participating stores after linking Aeroplan. New members also receive 500 Aeroplan points after a first purchase within 7 days of joining.
The first 3 weeks pay 15, 20, then 25 points plus an entry for an app-paid or scanned purchase, twice per week. Week 1 requires a handcrafted cold coffee, not bottled coffee. Week 2 requires a handcrafted beverage and bakery item in the same transaction. Week 3 requires a $12 CAD pre-tax spend after noon local time. Week 4 pays a 25% Stars bonus up to 250 Stars and one entry for converting at least 400 Aeroplan points once. A 100-point bonus posts for finishing all 4 actions. One 100,000-point prize is drawn October 20 and valued by Starbucks at $3,750 CAD. Mail-in entries are available without a purchase.
Prince of Travel values Aeroplan at 2.0 cents CAD per point, so 220 points is about $4.40 CAD. Week 4 still converts Aeroplan at a weak rate.
Complete each week's task on coffee already planned and convert only the 400-point minimum in week 4.
