What happened
Select IHG One Rewards members get 15% off the cash portion of Points & Cash reward nights booked by September 28, 2026, for stays through October 12, 2026. The booking window runs August 31 through September 28, 2026. Only members IHG has granted access can use the offer, and that access cannot be transferred.
The discount applies only at participating hotels and only to the cash portion. At checkout IHG sells extra points that complete a full points night rather than a true split award. Sample hotels show a buy price of 0.51 U.S. cents per point. Bookings must be made on an official IHG site while signed into the account that received access. A hotel's time zone can change when the booking window closes.
Cash paid for the extra points is non-refundable. Cancellation returns original and purchased points as points rather than cash. IHG can pull or alter the discount. The 0.51-cent rate is among the lowest seen for IHG points and lets members purchase more after hitting the annual cap on buying points.
