What happened
IHG One Rewards is taking 15% off the points required for award stays worldwide, covering nights from September 16 through November 2, 2026. The booking deadline is September 22. Cobranded credit and debit cardholders have access now.
The discount appears in award search even without a promotional email, and IHG has not emailed members. Other members are expected to get access within a couple of days. Earlier rounds of this sale then opened to Diamond and Platinum members. The discount can be used instead of a cobrand fourth-night-free benefit.
Cobrand cardholders should search awards and book by September 22, and everyone else should check again in a couple of days.
