What happened
Aeroplan is taking 15% off Air Canada-operated award base fares for Canadian cardholders who book from September 10, 2026 through January 11, 2027, for travel through December 31, 2027. The cut appears when a primary holder of a Canadian Aeroplan card from TD, CIBC or Amex searches and books while logged in. No code or registration is required.
Taxes and fees are not discounted, and the offer cannot be combined with others. Authorized users do not qualify. Each direction is priced on its own and is ineligible if any flight is on a partner airline. The 15% is versus non-cardholder pricing and does not stack on existing cardholder preferred rates.
A Toronto to Montréal economy award prices at 11,600 points for cardholders instead of 13,700. Toronto to Frankfurt business falls from 381,900 points to 324,500. Partner nonstops stay at the regular rate.
Book Air Canada-operated awards before January 11, 2027, keeping each direction entirely on Air Canada metal.
