What happened
United Airlines will run a second Chef's Table rotation on eligible Polaris international flights that serve lunch or dinner from November 1 through December 31, 2026, after more than 60,000 passengers tried the first menus that debuted August 1. The menu has 30 dishes from 11 chefs. Each order is a full set inspired by the departure city.
The meals are preorder-only on united.com or the United app, and the window closes 24 hours before departure. The set cannot be mixed with the regular menu. United says satisfaction scores ran nearly 20 points higher than other preordered meals and plans more seasonal rotations into 2027.
Miles redemptions in Polaris can now be paired with those departure-city chef meals. If you fly Polaris internationally in November or December 2026, preorder the Chef's Table set for your departure city on united.com or the United app before the 24-hour cutoff.
