What happened
ALL Accor members of any tier can book 25% off the public flexible rate from October 27, 2026, through November 1, after which most regions remain on sale through December 1. The typical discount applies to stays of 2 nights or more from December 8 through March 28, 2027.
Bookings must be made on ALL.com or the Accor app and can stack with the member rate where that rate is offered. India requires 3 consecutive nights and private-period terms cap stays at 7 nights. Ennismore hotels in several regions and all-inclusive properties in Europe are 20% off. Some Middle East and Asia Pacific hotels take 15% off a single night. Only listed hotels participate. Hotel-level terms prevail if they conflict.
Selected members are being offered 5,000 bonus Reward points, described as €100, but promo pages and the T&Cs do not agree on hotels or dates. The sale then opens to all guests.
Book a listed hotel on ALL.com before November 1 and ignore the 5,000-point bonus until Accor's terms agree.
