What happened
LoyaltyLobby reports that Accor Live Limitless Signature members who auto-renew are now charged 7,788 BRL if they joined before April 13, 2025 and 9,120 BRL if they joined after, a split that hit existing subscribers on July 1.
The account snapshot still shows the original non-discounted signup price rather than the amount that will actually bill. Last year's Black Friday joiners renew at 9,120 BRL even when a lower figure appears. Members who originally paid 6,720 BRL move only to 7,788 BRL.
Cancellation sits under Your subscriptions on the ALL Signature Absolute screen. The true upcoming charge appears on the modify-payment-card screen, not the cancel screen. LoyaltyLobby says an 8% payment discount or a later reactivation offer can beat paying the new full rate, which is mainly useful for monthly elite points toward Platinum or Diamond.
Open the payment-card screen to see the real renewal price and cancel before it posts if 7,788 or 9,120 BRL is not worth keeping.
