Turkish Airlines is paying a 40% bonus on transfers from Citi ThankYou Points to Miles & Smiles through August 31, 2026. Citi ThankYou points usually transfer at one mile per point. With the bonus, 1,000 ThankYou points yield 1,400 Miles & Smiles.
Bonus miles cannot exceed 50,000. The 40% bonus is smaller than the 50% offers Citi ran to Turkish Airlines earlier this year and in the prior two years. Miles & Smiles awards are less valuable than they used to be.
Transfer against an award that can be booked today, and stay inside the 50,000 bonus-mile cap.
