What happened
Korean Air is reopening its renovated LAX lounge on March 6, 2026, following a $45 million, 22-month redevelopment. The new 18,000 sq ft facility spans two levels, with a First Class Lounge on the sixth floor and a Miler Club/Prestige Class Lounge on the fifth floor. Key features include floor-to-ceiling windows, a balcony terrace, private suites, a la carte dining, live kitchen stations, and a QR-code ordering system. Access follows standard SkyTeam rules: First Class for First Class passengers, Business Class for Business Class and SkyTeam Elite Plus members, and Miler Club for select elites. This is one of two US lounge refreshes this year, with a JFK location also expected
