What happened
InterContinental Ambassador members whose membership expires January 1, 2027 can earn 15,000 bonus IHG One Rewards points by renewing with a $225 cash payment by December 31, 2026. A stay of two or more nights by the same date adds 10,000 points, for a combined 25,000 points.
The 15,000-point bonus is withheld from new members and from anyone who pays the 45,000-point renewal price. Renewals are accepted within 92 days of the end date. The extra 10,000 points require two or more nights by December 31, 2026 at an InterContinental hotel with at least $30 spent per night. Kimpton and Regent stays count on the same terms. Only one member can claim a shared room, and nights before renewal or before the offer earn nothing.
Ambassador memberships expiring January 1, 2027 collect both bonuses only by paying cash by December 31, 2026 and completing two qualifying nights.
