What happened
IHG One Rewards has extended a new-member promotion offering 3,000 bonus points for a first qualifying stay. To participate, individuals must enroll via the specific offer landing page between April 1 and December 31, 2026. After enrollment, the member must book and complete a qualifying stay directly with IHG within 21 days. Eligible stays require a minimum nightly rate of $30 (or local currency equivalent) on a cash rate; award nights and Points + Cash redemptions do not qualify. The bonus points are in addition to base earning and any other promotions, but do not count toward elite status. Points may take up to six weeks to post
