IHG One Rewards members save 15% on the points price of an award night or on the cash portion of a Points + Cash booking at select new or renovated hotels through March 31, 2027. The discount applies only to stays of 3 nights or fewer.
Members book it from IHG's new-hotel deals page. It cannot be combined with the cobrand card fourth night free award benefit. Participating hotels are not the full IHG estate and the list expires in 4 waves, the first on December 31, 2026. Holiday Inn & Suites Vancouver Downtown is on the list.
Book a qualifying stay of 3 nights or fewer on the new-hotel deals page before that hotel's discount expires.
