What happened
Delta will start daily nonstop Austin to Paris flights on March 27, 2027, operating through October 24, 2027, on an Airbus A330-900neo. Tickets are expected to go on sale August 15, 2026. The 5,110-mile service is summer-seasonal only.
The aircraft has 281 seats, with 29 in Delta One and 28 in Premium Select. Austin has never had a long-haul flight on a U.S. carrier. For Delta, this would be a second Paris route that does not start at a hub, after Cincinnati. Paris is already served from the airline's international hubs and from Cincinnati.
The flight falls under Delta's SkyTeam transatlantic joint venture with Air France-KLM and Virgin Atlantic. KLM already flies between Austin and Amsterdam. Virgin Atlantic ended London to Austin service after 18 months. Exact times remain unpublished until bookings open. Watch for fares and award space on August 15, 2026.
