New accounts on the Lufthansa Miles & More World Elite Mastercard earn 70,000 miles after $4,000 in purchases and full payment of the $89 annual fee, both within 90 days. The fee is waived for Miles & More Senator and HON Circle members.
Tickets bought directly from Miles & More airline partners earn 2 miles per dollar. All other spend earns 1 mile per dollar. After each anniversary the card issues two lounge vouchers and a companion ticket, with taxes and fees still due on the companion award.
Past welcome bonuses have reached 100,000 miles. Take the card if Miles & More is the home program and the $4,000 spend plus $89 fee can be posted in 90 days.
