Delta will fly Austin to Paris daily from March 27, 2027

What happened

Delta is adding its first long-haul from Austin, a seasonal daily nonstop to Paris CDG on an Airbus A330-900neo from March 27, 2027. The aircraft has 29 Delta One suites and 28 Premium Select recliners. Comfort extra-legroom seating accounts for 56 seats, with 168 in the main cabin.

Daily flying holds for summer, then the route pauses in autumn. The CDG flight becomes Austin's fourth nonstop to Europe and the first of them on a U.S. airline. British Airways already flies Heathrow. KLM flies Amsterdam and Lufthansa flies Frankfurt. The new CDG flight can be booked with SkyMiles or Flying Blue, as can KLM's Austin to Amsterdam service.

Austin to San Diego nonstops begin April 12. A second daily flight to San Jose starts in April. Cancun switches to year-round. Austin departures this year are up 85% versus 3 years earlier. The airline plans 15 extra gates at AUS and a second, larger Sky Club.

Nothing is bookable yet. Watch for summer 2027 Austin to Paris award space to appear and treat the route as seasonal.
