American Express is reported to know about the delays and to be working to process them. Miles have still posted for some members after waiting multiple days. Transfers used to credit in about a day. Award space open today can disappear before the miles arrive.
ANA Mileage Club has no other transferable bank partner, which leaves travellers who need those miles with no alternative while credits are stuck.
Do not send Membership Rewards to ANA until transfers post normally, unless an indefinite wait and lost award space are acceptable.
