LOT Polish Airlines has announced the start of its Viasat inflight Wi-Fi rollout on its Boeing 787 fleet. The first aircraft, registration SP-LSA, has already been equipped with the service. Two additional planes are scheduled to receive the upgrade by the end of April 2026, with the remaining fleet expected to follow as they undergo maintenance checks. The service is powered by Viasat's Amara connectivity solution. Pricing will be tiered: a $7 chat pass for instant messaging and a $29 streaming pass for full, uncapped internet use. Business class passengers and select Miles & More elite members will receive complimentary Wi-Fi. This rollout precedes the planned cabin reconfiguration for the 787s, which is expected to begin in the second half of 2026.
