What happened
Iberia Club is taking up to 20% off Avios on award flights to and from Madrid for bookings September 17 through September 23, 2026, with travel through March 18, 2027.
The discount applies only to the Avios portion on Iberia-operated flights including Iberia Express and Air Nostrum, booked on iberia.com or through the Iberia Club contact centre. Off-peak economy from New York falls from 16,000 Avios to 12,800 Avios after 20% off, matching Boston and Washington Dulles. Toronto to Madrid economy is 15% off from 16,000 Avios to 13,600, and business class is 10% off from 40,500 Avios to 36,450. The Toronto non-stop is seasonal, so those discounted seats cover departures through late October 2026. Taxes and fees are unchanged and the sale cannot combine with another Avios redemption promotion, though transfer bonuses apply. Vueling and LEVEL are excluded along with the Madrid-Barcelona Air Shuttle, and travel is blacked out December 18, 2026 through January 12, 2027.
Terms call the offer personal to email recipients even as a public banner is showing, so discounted prices may not appear on every account. Book on iberia.com by September 23 if the lower Avios price appears, using Toronto non-stops only through late October.
