What happened
EVA Air's Infinity MileageLands program is running a miles purchase promotion through August 5, 2026 (UTC+8). Members can buy miles at a rate of 2.86 US cents per mile, which is higher than the previous 50% off sale. Purchases of 36,000 miles or more qualify for up to a 40% bonus. A key restriction is that purchased miles can cover no more than 50% of the total mileage required for an award ticket; the other half must be earned through other activities. The maximum purchase limit is 150,000 miles per member per calendar year. Miles can be redeemed for award tickets or seat upgrades on EVA Air, UNI Air, and Star Alliance carriers.
