What happened
- Passengers can rebook on an alternate flight to the same or a different destination within the same region on or before June 15, 2026.
- Passengers can request a refund of their ticket by completing a refund form (for direct bookings) or contacting their travel agent.
- Customers booking from April 2 onward are offered one complimentary date change across all cabins, subject to ticket validity and fare differences. The existing Travel Waiver remains valid for the same period. Changes can be managed via emirates.com, the Emirates App, or by contacting the contact center/retail stores. Note that City Check-in points in Dubai and Ajman are temporarily closed
