What happened
- Rebooking: Passengers can rebook on an alternate flight to the same or a different destination in the same region. The new travel date must be on or before June 15, 2026. Fare difference fees may apply.
- Refunds: Passengers can request a refund of their ticket. Unused flights within the same itinerary will be automatically cancelled upon refund request.
- Complimentary Change: Bookings made from April 2 onwards include one complimentary date change across all cabins.
- Process: Changes can be managed via emirates.com or the Emirates App. For direct bookings, contact Emirates; for travel agent bookings, contact the agent.
- Validity: The Travel Waiver remains valid for the specified period. Customers are advised to check flight status and update contact details
Emirates has updated its flexible cancellation and rebooking policy for flights between February 28 and May 31, 2026.
