Capital One adds 20% to Avios transfers to Oct 31, 2026

Capital One is paying a 20% bonus on transfers to British Airways Avios from October 1 through October 31, 2026. The ordinary transfer ratio of 1,000 Capital One miles for 1,000 Avios becomes 1,000:1,200 for those dates, so 1,000 Capital One miles become 1,200 Avios.

Capital One has typically run a similar Avios bonus about once a year around this period. Moving Capital One miles in the window produces 20% more Avios than the standard rate.

Transfer from Capital One before October 31, 2026 only if Avios are already needed.
