Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) is launching its pilot "remote terminal" program on Monday, June 1, 2026, in partnership with the TSA. Located in Framingham, Massachusetts, the facility allows travelers flying Delta or JetBlue to check in, drop checked luggage, and clear security more than 20 miles from the airport. After clearing security, passengers board a Landline-operated bus to reach the airside gates at Logan: gate A18 for Delta and gate C8 for JetBlue. Checked bags are transferred directly to the aircraft. The facility is smaller than the nearby Logan Express garage, with 350-400 parking spaces costing $7 per day. The bus service runs hourly from 4 a.m. to 11 a.m., carrying up to 55 passengers per trip. Tickets cost $9 each way, with children under 18 riding free. Reservations can be made up to 90 days in advance or as close as 90 minutes before departure. The pilot is authorized by federal legislation from 2019 and may expand to other sites like Braintree if successful
