What happened
American Express has added an ordering control in the mobile app and the website login, Doctor of Credit reports. Cardholders can set a custom display order for the cards on their account.
Personal and business cards can sit in separate groups or share one list. Cardholders drag to change the order in the app. A Doctor of Credit reader mixed personal and business cards and moved regularly used cards to the top.
Holders of several American Express cards can put the ones they use most at the top of the app and website instead of living with the default order.
