What happened
- Inclusions: Standard rate inclusions (e.g., breakfast) do not carry over to the free night unless they are status benefits.
- Rate Exclusions: Negotiated, travel agent, media, and tour operator rates are excluded. The 15% member discount applies only to non-promotional public rates (Flexible, Saver, Stay Longer and Save) and cannot be combined with many promotional sales.
- Cancellation: The previous 6 PM day-before cancellation policy for discounted bookings is removed; users must refer to specific rate rules.
- Auto-Renewal: Enabled for all members as of October 1, 2025. Cancellation requires notice at least 2 business days before the renewal date
ALL Accor+ Explorer has updated its Terms & Conditions, effective May 19, 2026, following the product's expansion to the United Arab Emirates. Key changes include: - Stay Plus Certificates: Availability is now managed via "revenue management practices" and is not guaranteed. Blackout dates may apply. Only one cert can be used per reservation, and multiple back-to-back reservations may count as one stay. The cert applies to the most expensive night with availability, not necessarily the most expensive night of the booking.
