What happened
ALL Accor+ Explorer will switch on Stay Plus nights and dining discounts in 10 new countries on October 1, 2026, four months after the UAE launch. Accor Plus announced the move on September 14 and expects more than 80 hotels to join, with no property list out yet.
Until now those perks have worked in 20 countries. The expanded network is more than 1,400 hotels in 30 countries. Red Hot Rooms can reach 50% off. Dining is 30% off food and 15% off drinks, only in participating countries. Members already get 15% off flexible rates worldwide. Gold status and 30 Status Nights do not change. Stay Plus still books on accorplus.com for the base room inside the membership year.
The USD membership price rises from $249 to $255 on October 1. Rest-of-world members, including Canadians, pay US$249 or 14,000 Reward points. The UAE launch omitted some luxury flags, so not every Accor hotel is guaranteed to join. Wait for the hotel list before using Stay Plus or Red Hot Rooms in the new countries, and count the fee increase if joining or renewing.
