Air India has officially opened its new Maharaja Lounge at San Francisco International Airport (SFO), located in the A Gates lounge complex on the fourth floor, between the China Airlines and Golden Gate Lounges. The lounge opened in late March 2026 and spans 3,413 square feet. It operates daily from 6:00 AM to 11:59 PM. Access is available to Air India premium passengers and Star Alliance Gold members. While currently not part of Priority Pass, there is potential for future monetization outside of Air India operating hours. This is Air India's second US lounge, following the one in New York (JFK), which is currently undergoing renovation
