Air India has officially opened its new Maharaja Lounge at San Francisco International Airport (SFO). Located in the A Gates lounge complex on the fourth floor, between the China Airlines and Golden Gate Lounges, the facility spans 3,413 square feet. It is open daily from 6:00 AM to 11:59 PM. This is Air India's second U.S. lounge, following the one in New York (JFK). The SFO location is designed to serve Air India's premium passengers and Star Alliance Gold members, addressing the distance from the United Polaris Lounge in the G Gates. While currently exclusive to Air India and Star Alliance access, there is potential for monetization outside of peak hours or Priority Pass inclusion in the future
