What happened
Accor will send a £/€50 digital ALL Gift Card to the first 500 inactive members in Europe and North Africa who register and complete a 2-night stay by September 30, 2026. The campaign opened August 7, 2026 and is aimed at ALL members Accor's CRM flags as having made no booking in the last 12 months.
Members must be 18 or older and live in the region. Registration on the campaign page is required, and the stay must be booked on Accor.com or the ALL app at an ALL-branded hotel in a listed country. Cancelled stays do not count. The offer cannot be combined with other discounts except Members Rate, and only one card is issued per name and email. Accor emails the card within 21 days of checkout. Recipients learn only after the stay window whether they were among the first 500. The card lasts 3 years from receipt and can be used only at hotel checkout.
Lapsed members who see the campaign in email or the app should register and book a 2-night direct stay immediately, before the 500 cards run out.
