A LoyaltyLobby reader received a €30 credit after Accor's Tourism and Travel Mediator spent six months on an overnight noise complaint at ibis Tbilisi Airport in July 2025 that the hotel and Accor corporate never answered.
The guest booked one night before a 4:40 a.m. flight to Athens. Unattended children in a connecting room shouted late into the night. Reception visits did not stop the noise. The guest slept about an hour. The hotel ignored emails after an automated reply. ALL customer service told the guest to contact the hotel. A corporate support request went unanswered. The guest filed with the mediator in September 2025. In March the mediator awarded €30 in a French-language ruling. The credit posted to the guest's card soon after.
Accor's terms send members to France's MTV.TRAVEL mediator if customer care does not settle a dispute. Appeal is allowed only after a negative or no response within 60 days of a customer care referral. If Accor customer care has not resolved a complaint within 60 days, file with the MTV.TRAVEL mediator within 12 months of the first complaint.
