Members can purchase MileagePlus miles at a discount (starting at 1.93 cents each, representing a 45% discount) or receive a bonus (up to 100%). Key terms include a new cap of 50,000 miles per transaction (down from previous limits) and a rolling 90-day limit of 50,000 miles per account. The annual calendar year limit remains at 200,000 miles. Bonus miles count toward both the 90-day and annual caps. Purchases are nonrefundable and do not count toward Premier status.
