Turkish Airlines Miles&Smiles reduced promotional economy awards between Turkey and Oceania to 50,000 miles from 60,000, with promotional business now 100,000 miles from 140,000. Standard economy awards on the same zone now cost 80,000 miles, down from 100,000. Standard business awards now cost 180,000 miles, down from 210,000.
LoyaltyLobby reports the reductions apply only to that zone. The rest of the published chart is unchanged. Miles&Smiles still charges awards per flight segment, not as a single through ticket. Typical routings connect in Istanbul. Award pricing remains generally uncompetitive except on trips that begin or end there.
