What happened
The 136-key Roomers ParkView Frankfurt is already bookable for a November 2026 opening as Marriott's first Luxury Collection hotel in the city. It sits in the Westend district, with superior rooms at 269 square feet and a presidential suite at 1,883 square feet.
This is the first Roomers hotel in The Luxury Collection and the second Roomers in Frankfurt. Other Roomers properties are Autograph Collection. The 17th-floor OneSeven Bar has skyline views. Marriott STARS can add breakfast and a $100 food and beverage credit. Bonvoy points can pay for stays.
One Mile at a Time sees cash rates starting a little over €380, near the top of Frankfurt's hotel market, and values Bonvoy at 0.7 cents per point. The post does not expect Bonvoy redemptions to deliver outsized value. It does not rate the city's JW Marriott highly and says Frankfurt has had few true luxury chain hotels. The hotel may not match its renderings at opening.
Hold off on Bonvoy transfers until the hotel opens and award rates can be checked against cash.
