- Tickets issued by May 15, 2026: Travelers with travel dates between February 28 and September 15, 2026, can still make complimentary date changes to a new travel date up to October 31, 2026, subject to availability and fare seasonality. They are also eligible for refunds of unused ticket value per standard fare rules.
- Tickets issued on or after May 16, 2026: These passengers must change or refund their bookings based on standard fare rules, unless there are irregular operations. A fee-free date change of up to 14 days earlier or later is available for affected bookings. The airline notes that the policy may be updated at any time
