What happened
Qatar Airways has extended its flexible rebooking and refund policy for flights between February 28 and September 15, 2026. Originally set to expire earlier, the policy now allows passengers with confirmed bookings in this window to reschedule for travel until October 31, 2026, subject to availability and fare seasonality. Additionally, if a flight is canceled or significantly changed, passengers remain eligible for a refund of the unused ticket value. Refunds may take up to 28 working days to process. This extension applies to flights operated by Qatar Airways
