What happened
Philippine Airlines plans to launch nonstop service between Manila (MNL) and Chicago O'Hare (ORD) beginning November 9, 2026. The airline will operate three times weekly (Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays) using an Airbus A350-900 with 295 seats: 30 business, 24 premium economy, and 241 economy. Flights are already on sale. This adds Chicago to PH's US mainland network, which currently includes LA, NYC, SFO, SEA, plus Guam and Honolulu
