Park Hyatt Riviera Maya, a 148-room all-inclusive on Cancun's south side, is taking reservations for stays from early December. Every room and suite has an ocean view. Outdoor space and a dedicated resort ambassador come with each stay.
Park Hyatt says quality and service standards will not change. The rate is higher because it covers nearly everything. Dining is a la carte and includes top-shelf spirits plus a wide wine list. A chef with Michelin-starred experience is on the team. There are no checks after meals. Laundry comes with the stay. Minibars and pre-arrival planning are personalized per guest rather than the same for everyone. Rare wines and an ultra-premium steak cost extra, outside the base all-inclusive rate.
