What happened
World of Hyatt has opened reservations at Park Hyatt Mexico City Polanco, a Category 6 hotel, for stays from April 1, 2027, with cash rates from about $931 a night. The 30-story tower will have 155 guestrooms and 38 suites, with 27 Park Hyatt residences on the upper floors.
The hotel stands at the edge of Chapultepec Park in Polanco. The interiors, by Mexican firm Sordo Madaleno Arquitectos, follow an art-gallery concept and house a contemporary Mexican art collection. Four restaurants indoors and outdoors will focus on Mexican cuisine. A rooftop pool is included, and the spa uses Mexican-tradition treatments.
Award nights cost 20,000 to 40,000 points on the updated World of Hyatt chart. Book now for stays from April 1, 2027, onward.
