What happened
Marriott Bonvoy is paying registered members 3x base points on paid Homes & Villas stays of 5 or more consecutive nights from May 25 to September 11, 2027, for new bookings made on the Homes & Villas site between October 19 and November 20, 2026. Members must register by November 20, 2026. The usual Homes & Villas rate is 5 points per U.S. dollar, so the bonus produces 15 points per dollar before elite bonuses.
A qualifying stay is 5 or more consecutive nights at the same property. Only new reservations paid by card on the Homes & Villas platform count. Existing bookings cannot be added later and the bonus is not retroactive. Award stays and third-party bookings do not qualify. Marriott-branded hotels and residences on the platform are excluded. Members who elected airline miles instead of Bonvoy points do not earn. Canceled stays and no-shows earn nothing. The 3x applies to base points on qualifying charges only, and points post within 72 hours after checkout if the Bonvoy number is on the booking.
