What happened
Marriott Bonvoy is paying registered Silver Elite members and above 3,000 bonus points a night on Homes & Villas rentals booked by November 13, 2026, capped at 12,000 points per stay. The bonus stacks on base and elite points.
A stay must run 2 or more consecutive nights at the same home from October 7, 2026 through March 31, 2027, with at least $1,500 USD in qualifying charges. Book on the Homes & Villas site from October 5 through November 13, 2026 and pay by credit card. Taxes and cleaning fees do not count toward the $1,500, and neither do deposits or add-ons. Status has to remain Silver Elite or higher from registration through checkout. Points should post within 72 hours after checkout if the Bonvoy number and account email are on the reservation.
Third-party bookings are ineligible. Award stays do not earn the bonus. Cancelled stays and no-shows earn nothing. Members who take airline miles instead of points do not qualify. Marriott hotels are excluded. Branded residences and Executive Apartments do not participate. Residences outside Bonvoy are excluded even if listed.
Register before booking and use Homes & Villas only when its rate already beats other rental sites.
