Marriott Bonvoy is paying 2X base points on paid Homes & Villas stays of 4 or more consecutive nights at the same participating ski property in the U.S. and Canada, for travel December 1, 2026 through April 30, 2027. Reservations must be made on the Homes & Villas website from August 10 through September 11, 2026 with a Bonvoy number on the booking.
The 2X applies only to the 5 base points per U.S. dollar on qualifying charges, not to elite bonuses. Points post within 72 hours after checkout. Existing reservations are ineligible and nothing is applied retroactively. Third-party bookings do not qualify. Cleaning fees and taxes earn no points. Cancellations and award redemptions earn nothing.
Homes & Villas usually pay those 5 base points per dollar, so the ski season bonus only matches standard Marriott hotel earn rates. Participating homes sit in select U.S. ski states and British Columbia.
