What happened
JetBlue will cut the TrueBlue Perks You Pick point bonus from 5,000 to 1,000 points on February 1, 2027, and give members 60 days to choose each new milestone or lose it.
TrueBlue members still choose a perk every 10 tiles up to 40 tiles and can select the same option more than once. The 2X JetBlue Vacations perk is removed after January 31, 2027. Milestones earned before February 1, 2027 stay off that 60-day timer.
Mosaic 1 and 2 Perks You Pick awards fall to 10,000 points and 10 tiles, down from 15,000 points and 20 tiles for every Mosaic level. Mosaic 3 moves to a 20,000-point bonus and Mosaic 4 to 30,000. Those tiers also get tile headstarts and upgrade certificates. Some status-gifting options are limited to Premier cardholders. When BlueFirst launches, Mosaic members and Premier cardholders buying eligible non-base fares can put themselves and one companion on the complimentary upgrade waitlist. Premier cardholders at Mosaic 3 and Mosaic 4 earn 5X TrueBlue points at grocery stores and restaurants on up to $50,000 per calendar year.
