- Elite benefits include standard WiFi, complimentary bottled water, and space-available room upgrades.
- Daily F&B credits vary by location (e.g., $10 USD in Miami, €9 EUR in Amsterdam/Porto, £8 GBP in London/Glasway, SGD 17 in Singapore, JPY 1,625 in Tokyo). Not currently offered in SF, NYC, or London Stratford PAD. Program Rename:
- The "Event Planner" program is renamed to "Hilton Honors Group & Event Bonus."
- Clarified that event-related spend excludes taxes, gratuities, services charges, administrative charges, mandatory daily charges (resort fees), rebates, and commissions. Point Purchases:
- Points purchased by members may now take up to 48 hours to be credited to the account, reflecting a shift from the previous immediate credit expectation
