Delta is expanding its premium lounge footprint at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) with a second Delta One Lounge scheduled to open in 2027. The new lounge will be located in Terminal 2, while the current Delta One Lounge remains in Terminal 3. Both terminals are connected airside. The new facility is expected to mirror the existing lounge's amenities, including private check-in entrances, exclusive TSA checkpoints, and direct elevator access to the lounge level. While specific details on the new lounge's interior are not yet released, it will likely feature similar offerings such as a la carte dining, signature cocktails, and outdoor tarmac viewing decks. Access to the Delta One Lounge is restricted to travelers flying on a same-day departing or arriving Delta One flight, or invitation-only Delta 360 members. Premium credit card holders without a qualifying ticket do not receive access. This expansion supports Delta's broader infrastructure investments at LAX ahead of the 2028 Summer Olympics, where Delta serves as the official airline of Team USA. The announcement coincides with Delta's recent launch of new nonstop service from LAX to Hong Kong (HKG) and Chicago O'Hare (ORD)
