Delta and American Express have announced a significant benefit update to their co-branded credit card portfolio, effective June 4, 2026. Checked Bag Benefit: Primary cardmembers on the Delta Amex Gold, Platinum, and Reserve cards (both personal and business) now receive a complimentary second checked bag on domestic Delta-operated flights. Previously, these cards offered only one free checked bag. The no-annual--fee Delta Amex Blue card is excluded from this benefit. Additional Changes:
