What happened
Capital One Miles now transfer to Copa ConnectMiles at 1,000 miles for 750 Copa miles, with a 30% launch bonus through 11:59 p.m. Eastern on December 1, 2026.
With the bonus, 1,000 Capital One miles become 975 Copa miles, still short of 1:1. Each transfer has a 1,000-mile minimum. Citi ThankYou and Rove already transfer to Copa at 1:1, which beats this offer even while the bonus is live.
Copa partner awards on Emirates carry no fuel surcharges. Saver business between the US and Dubai is cited at 80,000 miles, though space is hard to find.
Use the 30% bonus only if the miles already sit in Capital One; otherwise transfer from Citi or Rove at 1:1.
