What happened
Citi has clarified an earlier report regarding JetBlue TrueBlue as a transfer partner. While initial reports suggested all no-annual-fee Citi ThankYou cards would lose this benefit, Citi confirmed that only the legacy Citi ThankYou® Mastercard is losing JetBlue as a transfer partner. This change takes effect on September 20, 2026. Holders of other no--annual-fee cards, including the Citi Double Cash®, Citi Custom Cash®, and Citi Strata℠ Card, will continue to transfer points to JetBlue at the current ratio of 1,000 ThankYou points to 700 JetBlue points. Since the legacy card has been closed to new applicants for years, the vast majority of Citi cardholders are unaffected
