What happened
Chase is paying a 20% bonus on Ultimate Rewards transfers to Aeroplan from August 12 through September 30, 2026. The usual 1:1 ratio becomes 1:1.2, so 1,000 Ultimate Rewards yield 1,200 Aeroplan points. Each transfer must be at least 1,000 points and may be repeated.
The Aeroplan account must be in the same name as the Chase Ultimate Rewards account. Holders of the Chase Aeroplan Card still receive a separate ongoing 10% bonus on the base transfer, producing a combined 30% and an effective 1:1.3 ratio. That card bonus requires a single transfer of at least 50,000 points and is limited to 25,000 bonus points per calendar year. The 10% applies to the base transfer only, so the two bonuses add rather than multiply.
Transfer Ultimate Rewards to a matching Aeroplan account by September 30, 2026, and send at least 50,000 points in a single transfer to stack the cobrand 10%.
