Chase is offering 75,000 Aeroplan points on the Aeroplan Card after $4,000 of spend in the first 3 months, plus 25,000 more after $20,000 of purchases in the first 12 months. The annual fee is $95.
The 100,000-point maximum is paid only after $20,000 of purchases in the first 12 months. New accounts come with Aeroplan 25K status for the remainder of the current calendar year plus the following year. A $100 credit toward Global Entry is available once every four years. An extra 500 points post when calendar-month spend reaches $2,000, up to 1,500 extra points a month. Pay Yourself Back values Aeroplan points at 1.25 cents each on travel purchases.
Skip the extra 25,000 points unless $20,000 of spend in the first 12 months is already planned.
