Cathay offers 800-mile rebate per 5,000 Asia Miles to 27 August 2026

Cathay Pacific is rebating 800 Asia Miles for every 5,000 miles redeemed on Economy and Premium Economy Standard Awards between Hong Kong and its network for travel from 10 September through 10 December 2026. Members must register on Cathay's dedicated page and book on cathaypacific.com between 14 and 27 August 2026 HKT.

Only Cathay Pacific marketed and operated flights count, as one-way or round-trip awards between Hong Kong and the network. Mixing Economy and Premium Economy is allowed. Nominee redemptions on the same account earn the rebate. Connecting trips and multi-city itineraries with a transit are excluded. Members who joined on or before 24 August 2026 must register by 27 August 2026. The rebate is calculated on total eligible miles in the booking window and capped at 80,000 miles per member. It posts after 10 December 2026 by 31 January 2027.

A reissue that no longer meets the rules forfeits the rebate, and refunds can be clawed back. Book a Standard Award to or from Hong Kong without a connection by 27 August 2026 if the trip can start and finish between 10 September and 10 December 2026.
