What happened
British Airways has updated its general conditions of carriage, specifically section 11a regarding unacceptable onboard behavior. The airline now explicitly states that if they reasonably believe a passenger has filmed, live-streamed, or photographed crew members without consent, they may take reasonable measures to stop the behavior. Violations can result in being forced off the aircraft, refusal to carry passengers on remaining sectors, or involvement of law enforcement.
