Bilt adds JetBlue TrueBlue as a 1:1 transfer partner

What happened

Bilt Rewards now transfers to JetBlue TrueBlue at 1:1, which prices Condor business class on an A330neo from the East Coast to Frankfurt at 54,000 points one-way.

American Express is 5:4 to JetBlue and Capital One is 5:3. JetBlue-operated awards are priced from ticket cost and View from the Wing puts typical value at about 1.3 cents per point. Partner business class is where TrueBlue often beats cash fares. Qatar Airways business class via TrueBlue costs 90,000 to 98,000 points one-way. Transferring Bilt directly to Qatar is usually cheaper. United Polaris via TrueBlue is unattractive because of pricing and limited premium-cabin space.

The JetBlue Premier card rebates 15% of points redeemed on JetBlue and partner awards after ticketing. A 54,000-point Condor award returns 8,100 TrueBlue points, but the full balance is still required at booking. Bilt said it wants to do more with TrueBlue in coming months, with no detail on bonuses or status matches.

Hold Bilt until a partner award is ready to book, and wait for Rent Day before transferring for JetBlue-operated flights.
